It occured to me about 5 minutes ago that I had not recently updated my blog so here I am. I have now recovered from the flu (or a flu like virus) after a week of suffering in silence (I say silence when I actually mean in constant complaint of how bad it is to be ill). I am also now doing the sound for a pantomime at our local theatre. I do this voluntarily and it is a lot of fun. It means that me and a my friend sort out radio mics for the cast and play music from a CD etc. It also means that I get to use the information that I already have about the audio industry in things like mixing tracks for the panto so that they aren't so long and other stuff like that. My other friend is working on the lighting for it and is in pretty much the same situation as us. However, she has been given an apprentice whom I shall call 'J'. He is the most irritating 12 year old that I have ever seen in my life. He is rude to us, to his parents (understandable), other people such as the stage crew, the owner of the theatre and so many more people.
I have just looked at the time and have realised that I have to be there in 15 minutes so I will leave you now so that I can get changed. I will keep you posted though on the workings of a pantomime either tonight or tommorrow. Thanks for reading.
I reccommend that tonight you watch: Desperate Housewives on Channel 4 (UK) even if I can't. I also reccommend: that 24 series 5 is coming soon to skyone (UK) starting on Sunday 12th Feb at 9 'o' clock I think.
