That's right! Over in the UK, it's 15:24 but here it's 8:24. So there you have it! A world of time differences leads to terrible complications. When updating podcasts in iTunes, I find myself lost in a world of dates that are different to mine. I don't know what's going on! Anyway, enough of that.
2006 is coming to a time zone near you very soon but do I really want it? It only brings up resolutions that are never thought through and abandoned as soon as the words "I'll do it tomorrow instead" come out of your mouth, you know that the resolution is gone. I guess that people just want to make a new start for a new year because they aren't happy with their current state. When you put it like that though, it uncovers great misery and depression and reminds us all that most people can never be happy all the time, or happy with themselves. For example their weight, height, face, limbs in general, hair, clothes, intelligence, their jobs, their friends, their house, their relationships and so much more. This leads people to be constantly worrying about their image and opinion which they need to do so in order to survive any humiliation or taunting from others.
Anybody who says "I don't care what people think of me...", are wrong and are probably suffering the terrible torment of bullying (adult or child). I know that it shouldn't be like this but if it was, their would be a large gap in our society. Celebrities would not exist and prejudice would be destroyed. It seems unfortunate that this cannot happen.
That's all folks and thanks for reading.
